Although almost 90 years have past, our work and our products maintained their high quality. The market and tastes have changed, raw materials are varying and our products evolve while maintaining their artisanal character and exquisiteness. We started our story with the dairy cheese which was produced in every single village in the various Friulian communities. We will transmit the teaching we received from our grandparents and parents with a clear message to our children which is to produce quality day after day, wheel after wheel. That is our mission.
